Binding tragets for 2030 European renewable energy

(Solar Trade Organization, the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) recently welcomed the draft resolution put forward by the two European Parliament committees to support the EU 2030 renewable energy targets. 

Two on industry, research and energy, the environment, public health and food safety committee, yesterday called on the European Council agreed to a 2030 EU renewable energy target legally binding. 

The dawn of the draft resolution, proposed by the European Commission to finalize the EU 2030 climate change and energy policy framework. 

The question is whether the framework should include legally binding 2020 target of 20% renewable energy target similar. 

In its draft resolution, the two committees of the European Commission called on member governments to "adopt and implement the EU 2030 climate and energy framework, based on a complementary and coordinated policies and for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy and energy efficiency ambitions multi-faceted approach has binding targets exuberant. "By 2030 a new binding targets for renewable energy, will provide new investment needed to promote the photovoltaic field visibility, while relying on an unstable carbon price signal is not enough."

HaiJiade (Connie Hedegaard) and Energy Commissioner Gunther ? Ottinger (GüntherOettinger) wrote an open letter calling for a 2030 target. 

But some EU countries, including Britain, has just initiated emissions targets, and no renewable energy targets.
